With Kromtel’s spring testing machines you can test compression, tensile strength, twisting, breaking and other test, all of which can support your customers and increase your sales performance.

Designed to work on both ends of the spring at the same time, machine is equipped with two rotating grinding wheels. Mechanical, PLC and CNC can be controled in many ways. Spring with big wire diameter and big outside spring diameter can be used on this machine as well.

Machine has special design for garter springs and jointers with wire range from 0.15 mm up to 0.80 mm.

Machine is supplied with 2 AC motors. For coiling springs with precise length dimension, there is lenght control sensor.

For garter springs production, additional unit can be installed.

With wire diameter range between 2 mm and 13 mm and with 3D wire rotating head, this machine is designed to bend wires in various sizes and raiduses.

Specially it is recommended for production of wire shapes with biggers sizes and diameters.

Machine is equipped with wire feeding, rotating and bending axis.

Exclusive compression spring machines for making coil spring, having a powerful drive and durability-oriented design. And so anyone can operate it easily with simple program.

It starts with 2 axis (wire feed and cam group) and goes up to 11 axis.

Kromtel’s compression spring machines can produce springs using all type of hard drawn wires (high carbon steel wires, stainless steel wire, oil tempered spring wires) with the diameter range of 0.10 mm – 23.00 mm.

According to needs of the customer, number of axis and optional specifications can be added by the technical staff of Kromtel.

♦ CAM Type Spring Forming Machines ♦

Wire forming and cutting functions are performed by means of 8 pieces cams and with the power of single motor.
It has minimum 3 axis which are cam axis, wire feed and quill rotating axis. Economical solutions are provided with additional wire rotating axis, spinners (x2) and second hook stations, for the high volume works.
Working range of the cam type spring forming machinesis 0.30 mm – 8.00 mm.

♦ CAMLESS Type Spring Forming Machines ♦

Special camless design equipped with free arm technolgy that enables our series of spring machines to easily produce all kinds of difficult springs that is 30% or more efficient than traditional cam type spring former.

♦ Torsion Spring Machines ♦

It works with the principal of wire forming on a central pin or mandrel.

Beacuse it forms the wire on a mandrel, it is more accurate in comparison with other machines for the outer diameter and position of the spring.

Axises are can be grouped as cam groups, pitch and forming groups.

Working range of these machines is 0.15 mm – 4.00 mm

With the additional stripping device on the back of the machine, it is also possible to produce air coil springs.
