Strip & Sheet Straigthening and Cut To Length ♦
1 cut-to-length machine with width of 1500 mm
Thickness from 0,05 mm up to 4,00 mm and width from 3,00 mm up to 1500 mm can be slit by those slittin lines.
Materials with thickness of 0,30 mm up to 4,00 mm can be cut-to-length to 0,50 mt up to 6 meters.
Wire Straigthening ♦
Carbon steel wires (phosphate wire B-C-D grade), stainless steel wires (200, 300, 400 series) could be sensitevely straightened into desired length with our straightening machines in accordance to demands.
Wire having thickness in range of 1,20 – 8,00 mm could be sensitevely straightened.
- 1,20 mm – 3,00 mm wires could be staightened up to max 3000 mm.
- 3,00 mm – 8,00 mm wires could be staightened up to max 4000 mm.
- 3,00 mm – 7,00 mm wires could be staightened up to min 50 mm.
Wire Rewinding ♦
Wires either for spring or braiding application can be rewinded from coils to spools or spools to coils depending on customers’ request as variable packing weight with new wire rewinding machines.
Coils having big internal diameter which might not be suitable for production can be rewinded into smaller internal diameters.
